La Piria si trova nel comune di Rocca Grimalda, nel cuore del Monferrato, tipica zona vocata per la produzione di Dolcetto. Nata nel 1940, ormai da tre generazioni il principale obbiettivo della nostra azienda è puntare all’eccellenza, con una gestione dei vigneti che limiti le rese in maniera da garantire, insieme alla loro ottima esposizione, uve di alta qualità. Le lavorazioni dei vigneti sono condotte con metodi tradizionali, coniugando le moderne tecnologie con la sapienza e la fatica che solo l’esperienza e la passione per questo lavoro possono dare. Il nostro impegno continua poi in cantina, dove lavoriamo solamente le uve prodotte nei nostri vigneti, rispettando le caratteristiche di ogni singolo vitigno, in modo da offrirvi nei nostri vini l’essenza del nostro territorio.

Sarà nostro piacere farvi visitare l’azienda, degustare i diversi vini e, se interessati, condurvi in un breve viaggio alla scoperta delle caratteristiche dei nostri vigneti, delle loro esposizioni e delle valutazioni che hanno permesso di selezionare i migliori accoppiamenti terreno/varietà al fine di sfruttare le peculiarità dei diversi vitigni nell’habitat più congegnale a ciascuno.

La Piria is located in Rocca Grimalda, in the heart of Monferrato, in an area suitable for the production of Dolcetto. Born in 1940, for three generations the main goal of our company is aiming for excellence, with a vineyard management that limits the yields so as to ensure, together with their excellent exposure, high quality grapes. The workings of the vineyards are conducted using traditional methods, combining both modern technology with the wisdom and the fatigue that only the experience and passion for this work can give. Our commitment continues in the cellar, where we use only the grapes grown in our vineyards, respecting the characteristics of each grape variety, to offer you the essence of our territory in our wine.

It will be our pleasure to show you around the farm, offer you tastings of the different wines and, if interested, to take you on a short trip to explore the characteristics of our vineyards, their exposures and valuations that have allowed us to select the best combination terrain/variety in order to exploit the peculiarities of the different varieties in the habitat most congenial to each one.
